With the Covid-19 pandemic, Hanu's customers in the healthcare/ pharmaceutical space saw their business growing, leading to a huge influx on the requirements. To fulfill these requirements, Hanu needed to close 110 fresher positions in a record time of 45 days.
Previously, Hanu relied on technical experts (Hanu employees) and other assessment tools to screen and interview candidates. But given the scale of the requirement, that simply wasn't possible. The team was looking for a better way to speed up the screening process to be able to evaluate more candidates without compromising on the quality of hires.
Hanu wanted to make sure that with the new recruiting process:
- There should be minimal manual intervention required
- The assessment should comprise of a technical assessment + psychometric evaluation
- The scores from the assessment should be trustworthy
