Adaface Candidate Terms of Service

These Candidate Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Adaface Pte Ltd ("Adaface," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, including registering for an Adaface account, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Adaface acts as the controller of personal data collected, used, and processed in connection with our services.

Adaface provides skill-based assessments and tests as part of the hiring and recruitment process for our customers. Any unauthorized or improper use may result in immediate termination of access. Users must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by applicable laws, to access our services. Violation of age restrictions may lead to account suspension.

By using our services, you consent to receiving notifications and messages from Adaface via email, mobile, or other contact details you provide. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information updated. If you require support, you can contact Adaface customer service.

Users may access our services either as a registered candidate (“Candidate”) with an account. To register, you must provide an email and one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must not share them with anyone. Unauthorized access should be reported immediately to Adaface, as we are not responsible for losses arising from compromised accounts.

As a condition of using our services, you agree to use your real name, provide accurate information, and behave professionally. You must not disclose, share, or publish any assessment questions, test content, or assignments. Further, you are prohibited from creating false identities, misrepresenting yourself, duplicating, modifying, or reverse-engineering any part of the services, or engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights. Any breach of these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to report violations to legal authorities.

Adaface may update, modify, or improve the services at its discretion. Occasionally, the services may be unavailable due to maintenance, system failures, or security threats. While we strive to provide notice of scheduled downtime, we are not liable for any disruptions, losses, or inconveniences caused by service unavailability.

Adaface retains all rights, titles, and interests in its services, including test questions, scoring algorithms, and assessment materials. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of any software or content associated with our services.

Any personal data you, the candidate, provide, including assessment results, pictures, video recordings, screen recordings or other data, belongs to Adaface customers who have sent the assessment to you. However, you grant Adaface a license to use, process, and share this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion by reaching out to the customer who sent the assessment to you.

Adaface customers may upload and customize assessments as part of their hiring process. We do not actively monitor or verify this content. You acknowledge that any information provided by our customers is their responsibility, and we are not liable for inaccuracies, errors, or misuse of such content.

Adaface provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any particular hiring outcome. We are not responsible for job rejections, lost opportunities, or reputational damages arising from test results. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that your use of the services violates our Terms, threatens the security of our platform, or breaches legal or regulatory requirements. Account termination may result in the deletion of your data, except where retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be exclusively resolved in the courts of Singapore.

Adaface may update these Terms at any time, with the changes published through our website. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. You may not transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior consent.

By using Adaface services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
