Test candidates on core SAP Quality Management Hiring Test topics

Quality Management: Quality Management is the systematic process of ensuring that products or services meet specified standards and customer expectations. This skill should be measured in the test to assess the candidate's ability to effectively manage quality throughout the entire development lifecycle and to improve overall product quality.

Testing Principles: Testing Principles refer to the fundamental concepts and guidelines that guide the testing process. Measuring this skill in the test is important as it helps evaluate the candidate's understanding of testing techniques, best practices, and their ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.

Process Improvement: Process Improvement involves analyzing existing processes and making changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. This skill should be measured in the test to assess the candidate's ability to identify areas for improvement, implement effective change strategies, and drive continuous improvement within an organization.

Statistical Process Control: Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a method of monitoring and controlling a process to ensure that it operates within predetermined limits. Measuring this skill in the test is important as it allows recruiters to evaluate the candidate's knowledge of SPC techniques and their ability to use statistical tools to monitor and control process performance.

ISO Standards: ISO Standards are internationally recognized standards that set out the criteria for good quality management practices. This skill should be measured in the test to assess the candidate's familiarity with ISO standards, their understanding of quality management principles, and their ability to implement and comply with these standards.

Quality Planning: Quality Planning involves defining the quality objectives, processes, and resources necessary to meet customer requirements. Measuring this skill in the test is important as it allows recruiters to evaluate the candidate's ability to develop effective quality plans, establish clear quality goals, and align these plans with overall business objectives.

Quality Control: Quality Control is the process of monitoring and inspecting products or services to ensure that they meet specified quality standards. Measuring this skill in the test helps assess the candidate's ability to effectively implement quality control measures, identify and address quality issues, and maintain consistent product or service quality.

Quality Assurance: Quality Assurance involves a set of activities designed to ensure that quality requirements are met throughout the project or product lifecycle. Measuring this skill in the test is important as it allows recruiters to evaluate the candidate's understanding of quality assurance principles, their ability to implement quality assurance processes, and their attention to detail in ensuring product or service quality.

Defect Management: Defect Management refers to the process of identifying, documenting, tracking, and resolving defects or issues in a product or system. Measuring this skill in the test helps assess the candidate's ability to effectively manage defects, use defect tracking tools, and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects.

Quality Documentation: Quality Documentation involves creating and maintaining documentation related to quality management processes, procedures, and standards. Measuring this skill in the test is important as it allows recruiters to evaluate the candidate's attention to detail, ability to document quality-related information accurately, and their understanding of the importance of maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.

Risk Management: Risk Management refers to the process of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that may impact the quality or success of a project or product. Measuring this skill in the test helps assess the candidate's ability to identify and evaluate risks, develop risk management strategies, and make informed decisions to minimize risk exposure.

Root Cause Analysis: Root Cause Analysis is a systematic approach to identify the underlying causes of problems or issues. Measuring this skill in the test is important as it allows recruiters to evaluate the candidate's ability to analyze complex problems, determine the root causes, and propose effective solutions to prevent recurrence.

How to use SAP Quality Management Test in my hiring process?

Use the SAP Quality Management Test as a pre-screening tool at the start of your recruitment process. Add a link to the assessment in your job post or invite candidates by email. This helps to identify skilled candidates early on.

Can I combine multiple skills into one custom assessment?

Yes, absolutely. Custom assessments are set up based on your job description, and will include questions on all must-have skills you specify. Here's a quick guide on how you can request a custom test.

How do I interpret test scores?

The primary thing to keep in mind is that an assessment is an elimination tool, not a selection tool. A skills assessment is optimized to help you eliminate candidates who are not technically qualified for the role, it is not optimized to help you find the best candidate for the role. So the ideal way to use an assessment is to decide a threshold score (typically 55%, we help you benchmark) and invite all candidates who score above the threshold for the next rounds of interview.

Does every candidate get the same questions?

Yes, it makes it much easier for you to compare candidates. Options for MCQ questions and the order of questions are randomized. We have anti-cheating/ proctoring features in place. In our enterprise plan, we also have the option to create multiple versions of the same assessment with questions of similar difficulty levels.

What is the cost of using this test?
